PhD program in Regenerative and Organic Agriculture launched

Maharishi International University (MIU), based in Fairfield, Iowa, has launched a doctoral program in Regenerative and Organic Agriculture.
The PhD in Regenerative and Organic Agriculture is designed to attract students from the following key groups:
- MIU MS-ROA Graduates – Alumni of MIU’s Master’s in Regenerative and Organic Agriculture, primarily U.S.-based professionals seeking to advance their expertise.
- Graduates of External Master’s Programs in Agriculture – Individuals from agroecology, sustainable agriculture, and organic farming backgrounds who want to deepen their research and leadership skills.
- Tribal College Faculty in Agriculture or Ecology – Educators aiming to attain doctoral status while enhancing their institutions’ focus on regenerative agriculture.
- International University Faculty Specializing in Regenerative or Organic Agriculture – Professors and researchers seeking a PhD to advance their academic careers and strengthen sustainable agriculture programs worldwide.
The program will start in August of this year. Teaching and research assistantships will be available for some students.
