Non-GMO lecithin supplier LECICO announces new director

LECICO, global supplier of non-GMO specialty lecithins and phospholipids, has a new managing director—Sarah Bradley, CEO of Kerfoot, also an Avril Group company. Bradley will manage global growth in the food, nutrition and pharmaceutical markets.

Bradley announced that Philipp Sommer will become business director at LECICO. Sommer joins from leading distribution company Nordmann, where he held a strategic role as Business Manager Food Ingredients leading the DACH sales team, product management team and the company’s international business development team.

Avril Group is an international agro-industrial group specializing in food, animal feed, energy and sustainable chemistry.
